Here comes the idea of Colli Di Saga, his first wine: Manjit Rajain started his own production in 2020, with a very limited edition of just 5000 bottles that he personally selected, together with the best consultants and technicians of the wine world who helped him in carrying out his project.

Colli di Saga is a project which aims to tell the story of Tuscany’s biodiversity, respecting both the territory and the resources it provides us with.
Colli di Saga’s wines are the result of natural techniques that enhance the organoleptic features of each grape variety. Colli di Saga is produced in the heart of Chianti Classico, one of the most vocated regions in the world for the production of fine red wines.
Colli di Saga has the privilege of relying on the oenological consultancy of Valentino Ciarla, a distinguished oenologist with decades of experience who – after years of study in the field of oenology and very important roles held within various companies such as Marchese Antinori, Chateau Fombrauge and Chateau Balestard la Tonnelle in France – is now part of the Matura group.
Valentino has the honor of working and making wine in the most beautiful and important areas of Tuscany, Umbria, Puglia and Veneto, and he is always looking for new terroirs to discover.
